Good lighting boosts mood and reduces eye strain, so I often layer a soft desk lamp with ambient lighting to keep the space bright but comfortable throughout the day. Ergonomics matter just as much. A supportive chair, a well-sized desk, and clutter-free surfaces help you stay focused for longer stretches without feeling worn out.
